Make organising your event totally hassle free and save yourselves the headache of getting public liability insurance for your event. We’ve built up a core set of suppliers and we will manage all your bookings from our trusted suppliers. With the exception of your music, flowers & photography bookings, we will organise everything else you need, from the marquee or tipee to the food or drinks vendor.
Wedding, Event Planning, Celebrants, Tipi and Marquee Suppliers & Full Decorating Service
We will manage all your bookings from the celebrant to a bouncy castle & the bar, the decoration & generator to the catering, this includes your marque or tipi for a small fee of £150. We have trusted suppliers who provide superb services for good value.
We can organise & execute all your decorating needs from your marque or tipi, the entire events venue & ceremony space or just particular areas.
Music
- Music is so individual we leave you to source your own band or disco. We have a small amplifier that can be used for your ceremony music & announcements & if you are keeping it simple you can use it for your own evening playlist.
- If you fancy going down the DJ route we can recommend one awesome DJ, he delivers so many options & our experience has shown that he will do far more than DJ your music, he will help you with sound at the ceremony space, do your announcements during your special day & then play your chosen music………Proper Events, find him at ‘properevents.co.uk’ or ‘[email protected]’ or on 07811559831
Food and Drink
- Allow us to source or provide all you food and drink needs . We have options galore. We have a popular ‘pub price’ bar, which has a wide selection of wines, bespoke gins, spirits, beers & lagers as well as all the expected other alcoholic and soft drink choices.
- We have a large range of food options supplied in house, including our wood fired pizza oven, Paella, hot or cold buffets & hot pots, we can cater for all dietary needs from vegan to allergies. If we really can’t fulfil your food needs we have great contacts for your other options, including such provision as a hog roast.
- Using outside caterers is also possible, we charge £100 per outside organisation.
- Bringing your own drinks and not using our bar provision…. we charge £50 for using our bar space.

- Allow us to book all your conveniences from £270, we have two excellent suppliers who know our site and provide all you need.
Security
Security the night before your celebration is a really important part of making sure your big day runs smoothly. Wrekin Forest Events is an unmanned site and we are not able to insure your personal property for your event; any additional insurance is your responsibility. Generally any external contractors that you hire, for example Tipi Magic or Wrekin Conveniences will have their own insurance which will cover them for leaving their items on the site overnight. For peace of mind we can provide a professional level overnight security service, 8pm-8am. The charge for this service is £250 per night.

We provide good quality, affordable, dairy free, vegan & gluten free home-cooked food for all occasions. Anthony & I are your cooks, we create and make most of the food we serve.

We can cater for your event when you are booked to be at our events or forest school venue or we can deliver beautiful canapés & sweet treats to your venue.
Dairy free, vegan & gluten free options are always available, we will make our food ‘free from’ wherever possible.

We love making simple, yet beautiful cakes that reflect the interests and character of the person celebrating!
Cakes & cup cakes for all occasions, from congratulation for an achievement to a birthday celebration or to let a valentine know they are special.
Cakes start from £75 per three layer 9″ round or 10″ square or two layer oblong cake with decoration. You can choose from vanilla, chocolate, lemon or orange flavoured layers, you can mix your layers up choosing your favourite to layer together.

Seasonal themed cup cake, celebrating Christmas, Easter and bonfire night, then we have it covered.
Vanilla cupcakes iced with beautiful swirls of blush tones of pink buttercream.

Our fruit selection with a summer vibe….raspberry & pistachio or strawberry cream or blueberry swirl. Have them all the same or mix it up!
Cup cakes are priced per dozen with a minimum purchase of 3 dozen or a spend of £60 plus £5 delivery charge for a Telford postcode. Collection is also welcome for orders from further a field.
All cakes will be boxed for delivery or collection.
Sweet Temptations
From our retro vanilla sprinkles, chocolate orange or non-bake Malteser tray bakes to chocolate and pistachio energy ball to chocolate cornflake, crunchy wrapped cream eggs for Easter, we have all your sweet temptations covered.
Free delivery for those within a five mile radius of Wellington, Shropshire, subject to a minimum spend of £150. Alternatively orders can be collected. Cake delivery is charged separately, please see above.
