Catering, Upgrades & Extras

Pizza is not the only food we offer. There are lots of ways to make your day extra special, here are a few of the things we can offer. Our new 90cm Paella dish makes a great option.

Please contact us to discuss your bespoke choices or any adaptations. This is delicious, home cooked food made with the very best fresh produce. Adaptations made for allergies and intolerances. We will always go the extra mile to serve you fabulous food.

All our provision comes with full service, required plates, cutlery & napkins, we will clear & wash-up.

Once you have selected the choice that best meets your needs, let us know and we will do the rest to create food to enhance your celebration. Please make food choices no later than eight weeks prior to your event.

For external catering we will charge £100 per company, with the exception of the fish & chip van. We have a company that will provide for your ‘Hog Roast’ needs.

Prices correct for up to and including 2027. We always reserve the right to make changes to prices in extreme circumstances.

Hot Buffet…..Choose three of our hot pots to create your theme or mix it up with something from each section, keep in vegetarian/vegan or two meat options may be chosen…. A Mexican Feast Vegan/GF Spicy Mexican Bean casserole; Vegan/regular Chilli Con-carne; Chicken Fajitas with Tortilla Chips, Salsa & Sour Cream, all served with crusty bread, vegan butter & salad. Let’s explore Asia Thai Green Chicken; Thai Pork & Peanut Curry; Thai Red Potato & Vegetable Curry, all served with rice, popadoms, naan bread, pickles, mint yogurt & salad. Forest Luxury Buffet Picnic/Grazing Feast – a wonderfully colourful and tasteful array of savoury & sweet treats to satisfy any taste bud – Selection of savoury finger food: Vegan Falafels; various butcher quality sliced meats; chicken drums, various gluten free wraps, including cheese, ham & tuna; vegan pastries, quiche; cheese board selection with biscuits, egg & cress, ham, tuna sandwiches; sausage rolls; scotch eggs; pork pies; mini sausages; pizza; samosas; sliced & chopped fresh veg served with humus & dips; olives & grapes. Pizza Package – A selection of 12″ pizzas cooked on site in our own pizza oven, perfect for your celebration or camping experience provided with a colourful mixed green salad, homemade coleslaw, potato salad, rice or pasta salad, cucumber, tomato, spring onions & radish. GF/DF & Vegan options all available.	£13.95 per head
Design Your Own Pizza – Create your own 9″ pizza, no fuss, no salad, just good, tasty, wood-fired cooked pizza designed by you from our selection of ingredients. This option is available for 30 or less guests.	£10 per head
Luxury cheese & biscuits table – Five lovely cheeses, a wide variety of biscuits including G/F & DF butter, celery, grapes.	£4.50 per head (minimum spend £60)
Peg board/washing line full of help yourself snacks – A pegged pallet laden with help yourself snacks, we will keep your board topped up for the afternoon. Example of content….mini cheddars, love heart, small bags of nuts, skittles, assorted individual biscuits pks, chocolate bars and much more. A simple, but effective way to keep hunger at bay for your guests.	£115 for a minimum of 4 items per person for up to 80 guest £1 per head for additional guest
Retro Sweet table – A beautifully decorated table set with old fashioned glass sweet jars, filled with all those gorgeous traditional sweets, tongs and bags, help yourself to you bag of sweets to keep you going between meals. Prices start from £75 for up to 80 guest.	from £75

Tea & coffee station – a well stocked tea & coffee station with coffee, various teas & biscuits for events having exclusive use of the campsite for three day events.	from £75

Decorating – Fine tune the look….various size & coloured paper balls in the barn ceiling, seasonal decoration of up to six wooden trestle tables, seat pads & back bows, fairy lights throughout. Choose one of our bespoke looks, we have the ‘boho/festival’ look with it’s colourful vibe & striking ribbon hanging hoops or the ‘country cottage’ option with the floral bunting, fairy lights & natural appearance & beautiful seasonal floral displays. Fairy lights/tea-lights are abundant throughout our venue. Colour options: white/cream, autumn colours with beautiful orange tones, purples & pinks or mix it up as desired. Provision of a selection of Disco lights, disco ball, charging packs & portable, full all round sound mounted speakers TEN’s are limited to those having a tipi/ marque or band. No TEN (Temporary Events Notice) required with this exciting new option, keeping costs down, no disco or generator costs, yet not compromising on the musical fan fair in the evening and the ability to use the speakers for background music, acoustic music and speeches all day too. A 240V battery system & two simple battery packs insure the music & lights dance all day & night. A genuinely excellent option avoiding some of those additional expenses.	£125
