Use our packages as a guide, you may have ideas we have not thought of or listed, so please contact us to see how we can make your event extra special, and of course if you haven’t already been to see us we’d love you to arrange a visit.

All these packages allow you the freedom to make the space your own. If you want a more personalised service where we organise aspects of your celebration then please contact us for more details. We also offer a great selection of add-on packages, from food to the onsite pub priced bar with full service and much more.

Bank holidays are avoided, but if booked are subject to a surcharge of £195 for any weekend package.

Decorating – Fine tune the look….decorating of the tables with hessian runners or traditional lace table clothes, decorated jam jars with wild flowers & light/tea-lights, lit table hoops in natural autumn colours, green seat pads on the 50 matching chairs. Provision of Disco lights, disco ball, charging packs & portable, full all round sound mounted speakers TEN’s are limited to those having a tipi/ marque or having a band. All DJs and acoustic performers must play through our in-house sound system. Live bands are permitted, all instruments must be played through a system that complies with our sound limits. Bands finish playing by 10.30pm. Our in house sound system is optimised for low noise pollution but keeps the energy high on the dance floor. This is out of respect for our neighbours and the surrounding environment. Got something special to celebrate? Or just want to get together with friends and have a great time? We have the perfect package for you.

There is a host of reasons to celebrate with us, we are located in a beautiful corner of Shropshires countryside, yet close to the motorway network of the M6 & the M54. Bring family and friends together to celebrate a Hen Do or any other Do! From afternoon tea to making your own gin, from camping and glamping to rock it out with your favourite band.

We can host your special birthday, hen do’s & other do’s or even a mini festival, call on us to make your family fun weekend happen or a naming day celebration. If you want to hire the site and invite your family and friends for a week of camping and Forest School, we can do that too. If your company wants to unite it’s team, then we are here to help. If you have a celebration idea then we will do our best to make it happen! Making memories!
